Please visit Stevens Fine Art in DC at the Capital Art Fair April 5-7 - 2024

The Capital Art Fair, a staple in the DC area for 40 years, will return in April to its new location at:

The University Club

1135 16th Street NW

Washington DC

The fair will feature 15 exhibitors from across the United States who are devoted to the exhibit and sale of fine works on paper including etchings, woodcuts, lithographs, drawings, watercolors, and more. Its exhibitors come from around the US, and the work they show represents 500 years of Art History. Visitors to the show will see, and have the opportunity to purchase original prints and drawings by Old Masters such as Rembrandt and Durer, 19th century masters such as Goya and Whistler, 20th century masters like Picasso and Miro, modern masters such as Warhol and Haring, as well as Japanese Prints from the classical Ukiyo-Yi period to the present day. Materials shown will range in price from very modest to quite expensive, a mix designed to offer real and historic original art work to both new and seasoned collectors and to Museums and similar institutions.

Friday April 5th is the opening night preview - a ticketed cocktail party running from 5 to 8pm.
Attending will give you first access to the art. Drinks and canapes will be served. Tickets are available at finefairs.com

The show runs Saturday, April 6 - 10 to 5 and Sunday, April 7 - 11 to 5.
Attendance is free both of these days.
